I played the Wolf Course at Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort on 5-25 on a
greenskeeper.org event on an really extremely windy day with gusting of 50mph and more.
The Wolf Course (Kvetoo-Unuv) is one of the three Pete Dye's design courses (Wolf-Snow Mountain-Sun Mountain) of this 54 holes Golf Resort located just north of Las Vegas on US-95 inside the Paiute Indian Reservation.
The Wolf Course is the newest course of the resort. Built in 2001 is considered the "Signature Course". Longest course in Nevada with its 7604 yds from the back tees, this Dye's creature is even one of the most challenging with its undulating fairways, its many waste areas and bunkers, large and firm greens, and delicate Par 3s....and with the wind it was even more challenging!!
Many interesting holes, among them the beautiful island green Par 3 15th, a revisitation of its famous Par 3 17th "Alcatraz" at Tpc Stadium in La Quinta.
The environment and the scenario that surrounds you while playing is incredible, a really great desert golfing experience.

Thanks for sharing your golf adventures with us! I have been to Paiute with my husband for our 5th Anniversary and it was gorgeous. Your pictures captured the weather and scenic views perfectly. Las Vegas golf courses are definitely some of the most beautiful and challenging in the world.

ReplyDeleteWhile the number of games - 30 in total - is small in comparison to other online casinos on the net, players can be sure that with Boss Media software, the quality of the gaming more than makes up for this. https://www.jetwin.com/en-us
